“学习是关于个人的发展”——这是苏黎世立普施勒最重要的原则。神经生物学研究结果表明，儿童和年轻人有非常独特的方式来获得技能。因此，作为一个教育机构，我们认为我们有责任创造一个环境，让他们能够充分发挥他们的潜力。我们通过为永久积累知识提供良好的基础来做到这一点。这种以人为本的人文观为基础，结合建构主义教育方法论的教学方法，是我们在各级教学中所坚持的。
“Learning is about the development of the individual” – this is the overriding principle of LIPSCHULE Zurich. Findings from neurobiological research show that children and young people have very individual ways of acquiring skills. As an educational institution we therefore feel we have a responsibility to create an environment in which they can develop to their full potential. We do so by providing an excellent basis for the permanent accumulation of knowledge. This approach, based on a humanistic view of mankind combined with constructivist educational methodology, is one we adhere to at all teaching levels.
