The British School Al Khubairat (BSAK) is Abu Dhabi’s leading British, not-for-profit, co-educational day school. From Nursery to Sixth Form (3-18), their award-winning dynamic school culture offers students an enriching experience and outstanding results. BSAK is one of the most established British Schools in the UAE. It was founded in 1968 through the donation of land, and the School continues to be under the ongoing patronage of the British Ambassador and the current President of the United Arab Emirates. At the heart of their constitution is their status as a not-for-profit and academically non-selective community school, with a mission is to deliver excellence in teaching and learning; bringing everything that is outstanding about the British curriculum to the United Arab Emirates. They are members of IAPS, HMC and BSME. They are rated Outstanding across all performance standards in both the local Government Agency inspection (ADEK) and the British Schools Overseas (BSO). In 2019 they were awarded Best British School in the UAE and Best Post-16 Education in the Schools Compared, Top School Awards. They are also the first school outside of the UK to receive the Carnegie Silver Award for Mental Health.
